As President of Flint Estate Builders, Gary Flint has worked very hard at developing an exceptional building team that is second to none. With more than 13 years of hands-on construction experience in building beautiful homes in the upscale construction market consisting of the most distinguished neighborhoods in Austin, Gary has made his name a trademark in the building industry. He has superior craftsmanship skills and utilizes them as he closely supervises every home that he builds. Gary Flint is an accomplished businessman who has built several estate homes in many of Austin's finest subdivisions, including: Costa Bella, Barton Creek, Lakeway, The Hills of Lakeway, The Estates of Lakeway Hills, and Vineyard Bay Waterfront Community.
Gary Flint received a structural engineering degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He worked hard as an EIT for 3 years designing foundations, creating framing designs and performing structural investigations. His training has taught him that the best way to produce a quality home is to begin the process from an engineering standpoint, by making the foundation and framing the most important aspects of a home. Gary uses his architectural design degree and background along with his artistic eye to improve value and the “look” of the house that creates an impeccable flow throughout the home. His interior design and architectural talents are also incorporated into the building process in order to make Flint Estate Builders a company that provides the complete package for any homeowner’s needs. Gary Flint’s business standards are based on his personal beliefs in strong family values and dependable relationships that are to be built and strengthened over time.
